PARTNER TERMS

These terms govern participation in the Eva X An affiliate network. By creating an account, you agree to represent Eva accurately, comply with applicable advertising laws, and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. One person or organization may not operate deceptive duplicate accounts.

Permitted promotion

Partners may share approved Eva links through authentic content and recommendations. Spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, impersonation, and unlawful or abusive content are prohibited.

Offers, tracking, and rewards

Each offer displays its destination, qualifying event, CPA, and tracking window. Partners must use the exact offer link supplied in the dashboard. Eva X An and the participating advertiser use click identifiers to attribute activity. Qualifying events, validation periods, and payment timing may vary by campaign. Displayed activity is subject to review for fraud, duplicate leads, returns, refunds, advertiser qualification rules, and compliance.

Payouts

Payouts require a verified email, successful Stripe onboarding, an available approved balance, and satisfaction of the displayed threshold. Stripe collects the identity, tax, and banking information required to deliver funds. Eva may delay or reverse unpaid commissions associated with refunds, fraud, duplicate attribution, or program violations.

Suspension and changes

Eva X An may suspend activity that threatens customers, the brand, or the integrity of the program. Program features and terms may change with reasonable notice where practical.
