What we collect

When you create a partner account, we collect your username, email address, a securely derived password hash, referral activity, conversion and payout records, and account session information. We do not store your password in readable form.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the Eva X An partner program, authenticate accounts, attribute referral activity, maintain security, and improve the partner experience.

Cookies and offer tracking

We use essential cookies to keep partners logged in and to attribute referrals. When someone follows an offer link, we record the offer, affiliate code, a unique click identifier, time, and a privacy-preserving visitor hash. The destination advertiser receives the offer, affiliate, and click identifiers in the URL so it can report a qualifying conversion back to Eva X An.

Advertisers and service providers

Participating advertisers receive the tracking identifiers needed to measure their offers and report qualified events. We use infrastructure and email providers to operate the network. Stripe separately collects identity, tax, and banking information required to deliver payouts; Eva X An does not store your bank-account details.

Retention and security

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate program, legal, and security purposes. Passwords are processed with a unique salt and a computationally expensive one-way derivation function.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting the Eva X An program operator through the contact channel published by Eva.
