Is Eva X An free to join?
Yes. There is no fee to create an affiliate account.
What is an offer?
An offer is a campaign with its own advertiser destination, qualifying event, CPA, tracking window, and unique affiliate link.
Which link should I share?
Use the offer-specific link shown on your dashboard. It records your click and sends the visitor to the advertiser with the correct attribution.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion is a qualified sale or lead reported to Eva with your offer attribution. It remains pending until reviewed.
When do I earn commission?
Commission becomes available after Eva approves a conversion. Offer conversions use the CPA displayed on the offer card.
Why is a conversion under review?
Eva may review duplicate leads, unusually fast repeat activity, self-referrals, refunds, missing click IDs, suspicious traffic, or activity that conflicts with the partner terms.
How do payouts work?
Verify your email, complete Stripe onboarding, and reach the payout threshold. Then request a payout from your dashboard.
Does Eva store my bank or tax information?
No. Stripe collects and safeguards identity, tax, and banking details used for payouts.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the password-recovery option on the login screen. Reset links expire after one hour.
Can my account be suspended?
Yes. Eva may suspend accounts for fraud, policy violations, or unsafe promotion. Suspended accounts cannot log in or receive new attribution.
Where can I see my status?
Your dashboard shows offer clicks, conversions, earnings, email verification, payout onboarding, and payout eligibility.
